Who we are

Room for Us is operated by:

Xobix Holding Business LLP

We don’t have a privacy email address set up yet. Until we do, please send privacy questions or requests by post to the address above.

The free prep kit

When you request Before the Hard Conversation, we use your email address to process that request: to give you a time-limited download on the page, prevent abuse (including temporary rate limits based on a one-way hash of your network address), and keep a record that the request happened. We store your email address, the time and page of the request, and the version of any wording you agreed to. We don’t currently send any emails, and we don’t ask about your relationship.

Optional tips and offers

Only if you tick the separate, optional box, we record your request to receive practical conversation tips and occasional offers, with the exact wording, version and time. That status stays “pending” — no messages are sent until we set up an email service and ask you to confirm. You can withdraw at any time by writing to us; once you unsubscribe, a later download request will not sign you back up.

Browser storage

Your browser remembers expiry times after you dismiss the free-kit offer or successfully request a download, plus a per-session display flag, to avoid repeated prompts. Advertising settings separately remember your allow/reject choice, its time, the notice version and a random advertising reference; if you allow advertising, a just-completed receipt reference is kept for that browser tab only so the page can reload after its address is cleaned. No email address, newsletter consent, download token or file URL is saved in browser storage.

Advertising measurement

Only if you choose Accept in the advertising box or in Advertising settings (footer), this site loads Meta’s pixel (Meta Platforms, for Facebook and Instagram ads). Before that, and after Reject, withdrawal or a Global Privacy Control signal, no Meta script, cookie or request is used. With your permission, Meta receives: pages you visit on our public pages, workbook or collection pages you view, when you choose Buy (selected product and price), when a Stripe checkout opens, a successful free-kit request (without your email or any text), and purchases that our server has verified as paid. Meta also receives your browser’s technical details (such as device/browser information and IP address) and its own cookies (_fbp, _fbc). For verified purchases, our server may also send the same purchase to Meta’s Conversions API with your browser details and those Meta cookies, so it is counted once. We never send your email address, Stripe payment references, download links or anything you write. Automatic form collection and automatic matching are switched off for this site. We keep a record of the advertising notice you saw, your choice, its time and your country region, linked to a random reference stored in your browser. Withdrawal stops sending immediately in all open tabs and removes Meta’s cookies from this site; purchases not yet sent are cancelled and are not replayed if you later accept again. A purchase is eligible only when advertising consent was already recorded at checkout; accepting later does not report past purchases. You can save a private receipt recovery link yourself; keep it private.

Campaign source tags

With advertising acceptance only, we remember the first and latest recognized campaign and creative tags for up to 30 days in this browser. Before a choice, recognized landing tags stay in page memory only; rejection, withdrawal or Global Privacy Control clears this campaign history, including across open tabs. We do not save the full landing address, referrer, click identifier or personal information in this history. At checkout we attach a fixed source snapshot to the order in our private records and Stripe metadata; collection upgrades inherit the original purchase source and are marked as inherited. These tags describe a captured landing, not attribution confirmed by Meta. Missing tags mean source unavailable, not proof of an organic or direct visit. Existing orders are not assigned a guessed source.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we receive the purchase details needed to verify your order and provide your download. We don’t see or store full card numbers. When you buy an individual workbook, Stripe keeps the card you paid with on your Stripe customer record so the $19.99 collection upgrade shown right after can be confirmed without typing your card again. The card is only used when you actively confirm a new purchase: buying the first workbook never authorizes a second charge, and we never charge it automatically. Your bank may require further verification. Stripe checkout may also offer to remember your details for other sites through Stripe Link; that is optional and managed by Stripe.

Storage and access

Our website and its private backend are hosted on Lovable Cloud. Records are kept there and are not publicly readable. We keep them for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them where we’re able to.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to or withdraw consent for marketing. Write to the postal address above and we’ll respond. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
