A place to prepare what matters to you.
Write it down. See examples. Find words that sound like you.

Make the concern easier to come back to.
Start with one event, its effect on you, and the request you want to make.
Say What Hurts gives you room to write it down, compare speaking and listening examples, and practise an opening before you use it. A conversation plan can hold the point you wanted to discuss when the conversation gets difficult.
You can prepare alone. If you both want to practise, shared exercises make space for each person’s meaning and for recording what was—or wasn’t—agreed. No workbook can promise another person’s response.
Room for Us is for adults in ongoing relationships, with or without marriage or children. All five English workbooks are complete, with their own free four-page samples.
Use the real sample pages to judge the language, exercises and layout for yourself.
Words you can make your own.
Practical prompts and examples, with space for your real experience.
Small, realistic next steps.
One concern. One clear request. An honest record of what happens next.
Willingness, not pressure.
Prepare on your own. Practise together only when you both choose to.
